I am a Top Producing Utah Realtor.  I specialize in helping my clients buy and sell real estate in the Salt Lake City market.  Investors look to me for advice and great properties. I provide a unique ability to sell retail properties and THEN have the vision and knowledge to help them create WEALTH.  In addition, I provide technical resolution, real estate consulting, and market analysis for industry professionals including Trust Officers, Probate Attorneys, Banks, and Real Estate Asset Management Firms.

A disciplined schedule, aggressive marketing tactics and implementation know-how sets me a part from my peers. Whether I am selling my clients real estate or helping my buyers find the perfect property. I am actively and aggressively marketing homes and finding property.

MY BACKGROUND:

• In 2000, I graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Marketing and a degree in Information Systems.
• In 2001, I founded Dimension Enterprises to provide real estate and financing services for the professional investors and homeowners. I began investing in my own projects and in 2005 received my real estate license e and have been a full time agent since.
• In my first year, 2005, I received the awards of ‘Top Rookie Producer and ‘Top Rookie Units Sold’ with Realty Executives of Utah. Since then I have continued to receive the Top Producer Award and am in the top 10% for sales nationwide.
• I am a member of the Salt Lake Real Estate Investors Association (SLREIA) and have been a featured speaker on multiple occasions.

I live in Salt Lake City with my wife Liz and our 2 children. We love traveling, time with friends, and being involved in the community. I have been involved in real estate since the day I graduated college. I love what I do and I work hard doing it. Vince Lombardi said ‘competitive games draw the most competitive men.’ I know that working hard and working smart is what produces results. I appreciate the grind and discipline. I love the energy it takes and skills required to make whatever I am working on happen.

I keep a disciplined schedule and work weekly with a real estate coach. This allows me to improve my skills and to ensure that I meet my goals.
