Chelsea Hamilton brings a rare business perspective to real estate: 15 years running her own company, including more than a decade in executive-level marketing and as a CEO. 

A Utah resident since 2004, Chelsea has deep roots in the communities she serves and a firsthand understanding of what it takes to build something that lasts. She knows that a real estate transaction is one of the biggest financial decisions most people will ever make, and she's committed to educating her clients every step of the way — so that buying or selling isn't just a transaction, but a move that genuinely builds toward their future.

Chelsea enjoys spending quality time with her partner and kids, it is her favorite part of the day. She loves to travel and rarely plans more than where she is sleeping and eating before she arrives. Chelsea is down for any outdoor activity Spring through Fall, but when it comes to snow, she'd rather admire it from inside.

Laura has lived in the Salt Lake Valley since she was four, and real estate has always been a part of her life. Growing up, she spent Sunday afternoons driving around with her family looking at homes, imagining what it would be like to live in each one. That passion has stayed with her ever since.

Laura has been working in real estate since 2003. With a background in staging and listing marketing, she's developed a strong eye for detail and a clear understanding of what helps a home stand out. 

She specializes in marketing homes and managing listings with strategy and precision—from preparing a property for launch to overseeing every step of the process. She focus on presentation, positioning, and execution to get the best possible results.

Laura enjoys solving problems, streamlining the process, and working closely with our team and clients to create a smooth, successful experience. My goal is simple: help every seller achieve the strongest outcome with as little stress as possible.

Laura enjoys spending time in the outdoors with my family, hunting for treasures in antique stores and of course SHOES!

Jessica is an important part of the Justin Udy Team, working behind the scenes to keep everything organized, on track, and running smoothly. With a focus on the details, communication, and coordination that go into each transaction, she helps create a seamless experience for both clients and agents from start to finish.

Jessica enjoys being part of the real estate world and helping people navigate such and exciting and important time in their lives. Whether she's making sure paperwork is in order, keeping an eye on important times, coordinating the many moving pieces of a transaction, or simply being a calm and dependable presence when things get hectic, Jessica is dedicated to keeping everything moving forward.
